What to expect from shipping options, delivery estimates, address changes, and order support.

Shipping options

Shipping availability depends on the destination and the products in your cart. Available methods, shipping charges, and delivery estimates are shown during checkout before you place an order. We do not add undisclosed shipping or handling charges after an order is placed.

Delivery estimates

Delivery dates shown during checkout are the fulfillment estimate for the order unless a specific service is expressly presented as guaranteed. The estimate may include handling before carrier pickup as well as transit time. Carrier events, weather, address issues, customs, or circumstances outside the store’s direct control can affect transit time.

Shipping address

Review your shipping address carefully before submitting an order. If you notice an error after ordering, email [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number. Changes may not be possible after fulfillment has started.

Tracking and delivery issues

If tracking is provided for your order, use the carrier information associated with the shipment for the latest transit updates. If a shipment appears delayed, damaged, missing, or delivered to the wrong location, contact support with your order number and any available delivery details.
