The MPU (micro-processing unit) marks a groundbreaking inclusion in the CDJ lineup, ensuring consistent performance and introducing new advanced features that enhance the overall DJ experience.

Compatibility with rekordbox CloudDirectPlay allows you to connect your CDJ-3000 to the internet through a Pro DJ Link connection using a LAN cable. This enables access to rekordbox CloudDirectPlay, where you can browse and play tracks from your cloud-based library by exporting an authentication key from rekordbox to a USB storage device and inserting it into the CDJ-3000. A subscription to rekordbox Creative or Professional plan is required for full access.

Again, this requires a subscription to Beatport Streaming’s Professional or Advanced plan.

Swift track analysis with Cloud Analysis allows for the immediate retrieval of BPM, beatgrid, and waveform data from AlphaTheta’s track information database, expediting accurate beat matching and mixing. This functionality is accessible to all rekordbox users and adds to the enhanced stability and reliability of the CDJ-3000, making it a dependable choice for DJs.
