Branch Depot, LLC operates Branch at Branchdepot.com. This page explains how brand names, trademarks, and product authenticity are handled on the store.

Branch Depot does not knowingly sell or promote counterfeit goods. Any branded product represented as genuine on Branch must be genuine and accurately identified. We do not permit non-genuine goods to use another company’s trademark, logo, packaging, or brand identity in a way that could make them appear authentic.

Listings must not describe non-genuine branded products as replicas, knockoffs, clones, imitations, fakes, or similar terms in an attempt to pass them off as genuine. If a product’s authenticity or identity cannot be reasonably supported, it should not be listed or represented as a genuine branded product.

Brand names, trademarks, model names, and logos shown on product pages are used to identify the product, manufacturer, model, or compatibility where applicable. All third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners. Branch uses its own Branch branding for the storefront.

Unless a product page explicitly states otherwise, Branch Depot is an independent retailer and no sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or authorized-reseller relationship with a referenced brand is implied.

Product titles, model numbers, specifications, images, and descriptions should accurately identify the item offered for sale. If a product’s authenticity or identity cannot be supported, it should not be represented or sold as a genuine branded product.
